在 win2012 反安裝 python3.6.1 遇到問題

在 win2012 反安裝 python3.6.1 的時候，若是使用「控制台」、「程式集」、「解除安裝程式」會遇到權限不夠而無法執行。

這時，要用管理員的權限執行原來的安裝程式，然後再選擇「uninstall」才行。
